HAHA Today was quite boring but also quite fun ...TODAY rehersal ... got scolded by the HOD ... Today repeat the performance like 4 times ... waste my time larh ... Anywa tomorrow's program I dont even know cause first two periods are FC and is like rehersal again ... So is like we will show the fairsians what are we going to do ...[maybe] Then tomorrow i need to stay back to 10PM ... Can camp in school liao larh !! Then on friday real performance !! OH MY ... the minister is coming !! ARH !!! But still I still get to play in the show !! Proud of !! Anyway this is a short post see you people soon !!

Anyway nothing really much happend today ... except for putting book strip on Viena head ... damn fun !! ... Anyway Jinping I think he forgiven me already ... but still I feel I am still in the wrong ... by the way ... Still got a few more thing happend but not much lorh .. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU !! Sorrie forgot to post about your birthday on Friday... Anyway during recess on friday then Kimbelyn bought cupcakes for Viena ... and one of them is mine !! and I lost the Zebra ... anyway ... Yup ... the cup cakes got cream... then what happend ? the cupcake over turn ... indeed cupcakes are meant like that ... eat the cup cake play with the cream .. ^^ Yup turn out to be I am getting scolded by the girl from GW class !!!! WTH!!!! Anyway still I am still very happy !! Ohyah ytd was a fun time at Sze min house !! ANyway going IKEA !!! YEA !!! BYE !!!

Haha I recieved this email : Read this poem :

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work

Then there are some questions which I havent found the answers:

Why is it so hard to tell the truth but yet so easy to tell a lie?

Why are we so sleepy in church but right when the sermon is over we suddenly wake up?

Why is it so hard to talk about God but yet so easy to talk about nasty stuff?

Why is it so boring to look at a Christian magazine, but yet so easy to look at a nasty one?

Why is it so easy to delete a Godly e- mail, but yet we forward all of the nasty ones?

Why are the churches getting smaller but yet the bars and dance clubs are getting larger?

Isn't it funny how you can send a thousand jokes through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing?
Isn't it funny how when you go to forward this message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it to them?

Isn't it funny how I can be more worried about what other people think of me than what God thinks of me?

A story that meant alot for what God has done for us :

There once was a man named George Thomas, pastor in a small New England town. One Easter Sunday morning he came to the Church carrying a rusty, bent, old bird cage, and set it by the pulpit. Eyebrows were raised and, as if in response, Pastor Thomas began to speak...'I was walking through town yesterday when I saw a young boy coming toward me swinging this bird cage. On the bottom of the cage were three little wild birds, shivering with cold and fright. I stopped the lad and asked, 'What you got there, son?' 'Just some old birds,' came the reply.
'What are you gonna do with them?' I asked.

'Take 'em home and have fun with 'em,' he answered 'I'm gonna tease 'em and pull out their feathers to make 'em fight. I'm gonna have a real good time' 'But you'll get tired of those birds sooner or later. What will you do?'
'Oh, I got some cats,' said the little boy. 'They like birds. I'll take 'em to them.'
The pastor was silent for a moment. 'How much do you want for those birds, son?'
'Huh?? !!! Why, you don't want them birds, mister. They're just plain old field birds. They don't sing. They ain't even pretty!'
'How much?' the pastor asked again.
The boy sized up the pastor as if he were crazy and said, '$10?'
The pastor reached in his pocket and took out a ten dollar bill. He placed it in the boy's hand. In a flash, the boy was gone.
The pastor picked up the cage and gently carried it to the end of the alley where there was a tree and a grassy spot Setting the cage down, he opened the door, and by softly tapping the bars persuaded the birds out, setting them free.
Well, that explained the empty bird cage on the pulpit, and then the pastor began to tell this story.
One day Satan and Jesus were having a conversation. Satan had just come from the Garden of Eden, and he was gloating and boasting. 'Yes, sir, I just caught the world full of people down there. Set me a trap, used bait I knew they couldn't resist. Got 'em all!'
'What are you going to do with them?' Jesus asked.
Satan replied, 'Oh, I'm gonna have fun! I'm gonna teach them how to marry and divorce each other, how to hate and abuse each other, how to drink and smoke and curse. I'm gonna teach them how to invent guns and bombs and kill each other. I'm really gonna have fun!'
'And what will you do when you get done with them?' Jesus asked. 'Oh, I'll kill 'em,' Satan glared proudly. 'How much do you want for them?' Jesus asked .
'Oh, you don't want those people. They ain't no good. Why, you'll take them and they'll just hate you. They'll spit on you, curse you and kill you. You don't want those people!!'
'How much?' He asked again.
Satan looked at Jesus and sneered, 'All your blood, tears and your life.'
Jesus said, 'Done!' Then He paid the price.
The pastor picked up the cage he opened the door and he walked from the pulpit.
Isn't it funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell?

Isn't it funny how someone can say 'I believe in God' but still follow Satan, who, by the way, also 'believes' in God.

Then yesterday ... me Gw evan and shi min came up with some funny and lame ideas to tell the teachers ... Later we are going to tell all the teachers our ideas ... Anyway Happy Birthday Sze min !! She can go and watch NC16 shows liao ... waiting for my biurthday on 16 years old !! Haha ... !! Anyway yeah lorh ... this is what happening today !! now need to prepare to go to school liao ... see you !!

Today was so fun !! Evan shi min and I was like "fighting" on the parade square by hitting each other with the pe t-shirt ... haha !! then later on xiu yun was like ... tickling me ... :@ And somemore I fell down on my butt ... in front of GB members and all of them is like Sec 2 ... then they were like laughing at me ... cause is like my legs are on the stairs and my body is like on the ground floor... cute right ["the cute right " so thick skin] ... anyway ... yeah then Guo wei was like ... What the ... so childish ... but is like so fun !! Then we went to run 2.4/2 =1.2 ... Then all of us ran 1.2Km ... I was like walking [so fast until can jog] ... but I reach back to school in like 6 mins .. thats is like so good liao lorh ... walking leh ... aiyoh ... then The rest was like running ... Guo wei was sprinting larh !! What the... then later on all of us sat on the banch... to see the BB boys ... haha so funny .. they march .. then I went to play with them during their breaks I was like please smile ... smiling is good ... haha the was like going to laugh but cannot if not got to do pumpings ... aiyoh ... I found out that I was that bad ... hehe ^^ ... oh yah ... then later we went to SP to eat ... GW bought the mac cup [track and field leh] ... and I am going to buy also...sobs ...no money !!! On the way there on the bus ... we were like speak chinese 说华语不可以说英语。。And one more thing ... heard that my dad in a bad mood ... Then Alastair eat DURAIN !!!!!! So mad at him ... never give me ... hpmh !! Today ... quite fun !! ... Ok larh watch my show liao !! SEE you !!

Haha ... After school we got photo taking , then late guo wei and the people [except me shi min caljus and jeanette] stayed in school larh ... Then after a few minutes people say they dont want to train ... WHY because of that TRICIA GOH !!! WTH larh !! Then later I want to scold Guo wei and the seniors one leh ... But I ended up scolding Guo wei only ... Aiyoh .. then we ran ... 2.4 ^^ ... It was quite fun cause I did not run [i did not bring my PE t shirt] ... :PAnd one more thing ... after the run ... [jeanette me and guo wei - Caljus went home] we played the "Spread the love " Haha ... then found out that the other track people hiding something from me and the others ... nvm larh !! Who cares about her man !! Aiyah !! anyway maybe going to dislike her for life lorh !! Anyway ... then later on ... [without jeanette] ... the rest [ GW me and shi min ] went to primary school to collect the year book ... then later we went home ... haha ^^ thats all what happend today !! That bitch make sure she watch what is she doing !! later MAYBE going to post about a cat !!

Haha ^^ ... Today this is my 2nd post... I am so happy .. today training was veryf un ... but leg numd also quite fast cause we anytime can pull the muscle...Then we did 2 KM ... I did not know we can do it ...Anyway ... Then that Raynon ... larh ... always slacking because his arm pain !! because of him ... our group[ Gw Val me Raynon Evan and Shi min] lost to the others ... anyway is terrible larh ... then we were like laughing like hell ... can you believe it ... Nationals could be in April ... oh man ... Anyway then took mr lin[coach] car back ... damn funn larh ... he talked about my family and shi min family ... haha... then he asked me to ask my dad alot of things ... anyway on the way back was damn funny !! haha !! seriously looking forward to the next training ... now need to do my push up and leg rise liao ... see you !!

Yesterday forgot to mention ... it was Alastair last competition ... anyway will write one post about him soon !! ^^ ... Anyway today ... erm ... acctually nothing happend till the end of the day when Miss Lily and Miss Yong keeps on bragging about rules and regulations ... And we did not even have lessons at all ?! And Ryan was like shit ... cause the topic was "sexually" ... anyway then almost the whole class was punish for attire problems ... and !! me !! first time never get punish at all ... Anyway my leg still hurts alot ... ok larh ... lets continue on the track ... Actually must admit ... I will miss those seniors that comes for training which only have three [Sarah and Alastair and Hannah].. I will miss them lots !! Even those memories the track with KC at the Chalet recently... not all but most ... Jeanette maybe my best friend in track and the nationals may brought the track team even closer ... like closer than school mates ... or even closer than the closest friend ... And next year we are going to train hard and come back with a medal ... thats our aim ... though next year we cannot run with Evan anymore but we are still a team ... But anyway ... ohyah forgot I will write about Sarah too !! Anyway that day is because I injured my leg before running ... and Hannah too !! Btw ... I will and must write about them ... Anyway ... I will miss them alot when they go this year ... they really put happiness into my life though ... ^^ ... Ganbatteh !! Jia you for O levels !! and meet up some time later !!! I will miss you alot !! Just to add on ... thanks for comfortting me Hannah ... and Sarah though you never comefor training this year but still you are my buddy senior forever ... As for Alastair marh ... Can you stop fighting with cherlene ... is damn racist ... ok larh say some good thing ... thanks for taking my anger in when I throw the bread right into our face ... ^^ ... ok larh these few days will be writing about them and the Founder's day !! Anyway I will be on stage !! BTW I will love and miss all the seniors I met whether is sec2 sec3 sec4 I will do the same thing !!

Today ... I went for my 4x400m finals ... It was the worst but is not my BP but is one of my fastest cause I strained my leg ... [cannot walk for a while] ... Anyway ... We came in last ... ohyah ... I cried before and after the race ... And one more thing I saw Cindy and Wen Xin today ... They are like from 2 different churches which both of them are one of my fav churches in Singapore ... Anyway beside them ... I saw quite a feBF Anyway ... so like that we were eating then suddenly Guo Wei went home ... So later after i coming to eat finish ... My mother called me and ask me to go home now ...at that time I cannot even use my leg ... I tomorrow maybe crawling on the floor ... Anyway ... today I am w people from FMPS ... then they came to support ... Anyway... I did not ran my BP cause I strain my leg before running ... And I would like to apologixze to Jeanette [I am really sorry] ... Evan and Tricia ... ++ SCHOOL ... I am really sorrie ... sobs ... Continue story then later on went Lot1 with Guo wei ... Raynon ... Jinping ... Shi min ... Tricia ... Yun[Kc] ... and nazar and quite in the bad mood and sad ... tomorrow maybe to ... anyway late liao good night ...

Today in the morning ... Anyway ... he heard our cheer ^^ And tried to ran his best ... but still he did not make it he came in 4 ... oh yah then his timing was like damn fast ... can say that he could beat that tang ling guy ... Anyway it was a great run ... dont be sad ... ok larh talk about happy things ... today after school we went to CCAB for training .. and volley ball got nationals too ... Anyway then we played water cold water fight !! play until most of us got wet .. then when coach came we were like change place [sitting place] ... then change like 2 times ... then later got punish by coach ... aiyah ... anyway today training was very fun !! now chatting with the people from KC and Fairfield ... so yeah !! I need to sleep this is a short post ... so yeah good night !! P.S. thnks GW and Alastair !!

Yesterday ... I went to Chalet ... Then WE [Shi min ... me ... narza ... and yun... ] went to the club to play ... then we wrote rumours all over the beach ... BUt the rest of the people will playing at the changi beach and not club beach.... After that we went back to the chalet till 730 ... and played a few gaes till 930PM ... Then later we went OCH [old changi hospital] ..Damn scary ... on the floor still got "Welcome to hell"... and drawing on the wall... glass and wood all over ... teared down building ...ok larh ... But in the end we got chased out of the building cause ... there were people fliming ... those people that went are ... all the Kc and fairfield ... wanxin ... yun... joleen ... magen ... cherelene ... alastair ... guo wei ... me ... xiu yun ... valarie ... kenneth .. jinping[the useless one]... camila... thats all I can think if you people ... oh yah ... then most of the people went home ... left me ... megan ... val ... kenneth ... and jinping ... then all expect me and joleen did not go night walk ... WE girls got in for 4x400m !! I was damn happy when the person annouced that KC and FAIRFIELD got in to FINALS !! I was damn happy ... till I saw the results ... our team will be in LANE 1 ... sobs ... But still we get the shorter curve ... we get the shortest curve !! Anyway !! WE were very happy that we got in !! [Jeanette ... Me ... Evan and Tricia ]+All the fairfield and Kc supporters [shi min]... Anyway ... Kc and Fairfield was like screaming at the studuim ... I felt that the school is baised to volleyball ... anyway on that day ... we are going to support Alastair too !! Hurray !! ^^ ... Only the sec1 girls and Alastair /Raynon got into finals ... but raynon is straight finals so not counted while ... the 4x400m and Alastair is ran and got into finals !! I am damn happy !! ^_^ ... Hehe ... but today the guys screwed up ... but still they came in 16... I only got one word to say "wonderful"to all the teams ~~ anyway this was what happend today lorh ... tomorrow going to visit my uncles and aunties ... and going chalet [joleen's] ~~ So love you all most !! SEE YOU !!

Hehe ... Today went out with my best friend cause is YOUTH DAY !!! Anyway then we went to watch 10 promises to my dog ... Is damn touching ... And believe it my bestie cried !! She hardly cry .. but she cried !!! Anyway ... the dog is damn cute ... the story is about this mother wishes to see the daughter have a "partner"... but the daughter wants a dog ... So the mother went to ask from the neighbour for a dog ... these are the 10 promises if I am not wrong... 1: I will never leave you alone 2: you got school and friends while I only have you 3: Promise me that you will always play with me 4:If I disobey you ... I have my reason 5:when my time is up can you be by my side 6:We will never argue with each other 7:I only can live for 10 years the 8: I will remember you forever in my life 9:you will be my best friend all my life 10 :you cannot ditch me even when I am old ... these promises are made to the dog ... I think so ... but they are all mixed up ... so 10 could be 1 ... and 1 could be 10 ... I write what I think of first ... Anyway this story is very toching ... first was the father busy ... then now is the daughter ... so the daughter "ditched" the dog leave it alone ... young the dog made her neck ok ... and the dog also made her old friend's car accident injured hand ... work again ... Then ... she worked as a vet and left the dog outside ... the child hood friend went to Paris to study guitar ... Anyway ... both of them married at the end ... these is my feelings I like the show .. and if they comes out on disc ... I will buy it !! Cause is a meaningful story ... as is very nice of how the owner took care of the dog of his life and fufil the 10 promises ... anyway tomorrow going CCK again to support the people that are running ... !! JY ... !! and Goodnight !! hope you will watch the show !! Is a meaningful show ...

hehe ... sorry these few days very high !! Anyway ... lets start reading !! LAME !! ok larh ... today is FUNFAIR !! but it wasnt that fun ... Ok larh ... lets start with this morning ... this morning ... got training ... and I forgot to eat my breakfast while running 300m ... I suddenly vomitted ... sobs ... Anyway ... then we took a taxi back to school ... 3 in one taxi ... so altogether took 3 taxi ... And last minute Kc girls cannot come ... ok ... during training ... Mr lin ... our coach made us sit under the sun for 45 mins ... cause we are suppose to come back to him in 2 mins ... but we came back in 3.5 mins ... so we got punishment ... Anyway then coach asked us to do things in a informal manner ... then we kana again !! 1.5 hours after training start ... that xiao didi ... came ... and guess whatb ... coach asked him to follow after Sonia ... and run 800m ... guess what heng quan ran infront of Sonia ... when he is suppose to follow Sonia !! Aiyoh ,... he kabna again !! ok when we reached school ...before that in the taxi ... THEY PROVIDED STUDENT PRICE ... We ask for it ...[ me shi min and tricia ] Ok larh ... then in the funfair I saw all my ex teachers !! I love them lots !! And my fav teacher [the opposite] :Mr darryl seah ... Anyway tomorrow meeting him after church again !! ok lorh ... so late liao ... gtg bye !!

haha ... Today is the 400m day !! And I got a terrible moodswing ... A terrible one !! Anyway ... I was sort of sad and having sore throat ... Tomorrow is FUN FAIR !! Jeanette lose her phone ... sobs ... the person who took her phone arh !! Get it from me !! Anyway ... She and Andrea [my 200m friend/Jeanette old classmate] Qulified !! They were like jumping for joy !! And so is Guo wei cause he qulified ... tomorrow got training again ... I think I really love to run !! These few days I have been running !! You know I found out that one day if i dont run ... I will feel damn unwell ... ^_^... It means !! I like training !! Finally !! I love coach ... KC and Fairfeld track and field lots !! ok ... stay tune to my next post tomorrow for my Funfair !!

Today ... I woke up at 500Am today ... I was damn tired... ok larh ... skip skip skip ... I appeared in CCK [chua chu kang ] Studium ... skip skip skip ... Valeire ... Megan ... Charmaine ... Clement ... Ming Keat ... And the KC girls were there ~ ok skip skip ... Now I am in the reporting room ... and is my turn to run .... skip skip Jp lost his wallet insdie got 200 bucks ... lost just like that... Then he became so EMO ... So me and the Kc girls went to Lot1 to eat !! Then kimbelyn called me alot of times today ... But Mrs Ho already agreed to let the morning people stay ... So anyway i got scolded for not coming to school ... Skip ... Skip ... After eating ... WE went back to meet the 2nd group ... After we met them ... that GUO WEI forgot to bring my track suit ... !! Then I went to ask Sze min to tie pliates for me ... tie until damn nice larh !! Anyway today was her last training ... So is like ... sobs sobs .. I really will miss her !!! Today me and the KC girls took a photo together ... So fun ... Anyway ... after that ... everything had ended ... Me,Guo Wei,Alastair,Evan went to Lot1 ... Alastair went to buy his tights ... then me and Evan went to shop !! ok ... then me and her bought the same ear rings !! Damn nice [not really]... Anyway ... Then We went to KFC to eat dinner !! So funny ... We sat near the dustbin then I was the closest... then there was this worker cleaning up the tables ... And every three minutes she will clean the dustbin ... So is like What the ... I was sitting nearest to the dustbin and I kana this kind of thing ... then Alastair never laugh he was going to laugh ... Guo wei , Me and Evan laugh .. Then we say Joy Tay and her friends... Anyway ... then we went home ... on our way back ... The train stopped in the middle of no where for the thrid time I kana this thing ... !! ok larh ... Good luck to the people that are having 100m tomorrow !! I got to goo !! Goodnight ~~ !! P.S. I came in 41/117 position ... 32.44 timing... So I did not Qulify ... Guo wei and Alastiar Congrates that you both got in !! JY !!

Today Coach comfirm with the FMSS track team girls that .. XIN YI will be participating in 4x400m ^_^.. Is held on next week ... Friday once school reopens ... after the E-learning ... Hope I get a medal this year ... And one more thing ... I will be going for my NATIONALS in just two days time ... to be correct one more night ... tomorrow got training for the people that do not have any competition this coming thurday... sobs for them ... And still got Shermaine from netball is going to come tomorrow ... Cause coach want to see her speed ... Not to insult her ... I think she is a little slower than me cause she never train for very long ... cannot help it ... Anyway ... good luck to her as she will be getting scolding tomorrow ... Good luck to the people that are going training ... too bad for you ... Thursday people can slack for one day ... but MUST stretch ... later leg cramp then die liao ... So ... tomorrow I am going to jog a little maybe walk home from school ^_^ ... To make my leg move then Kim maybe coming my house for project ... So maybe later after that then walk lorh ... then later need to go and buy painkiller cream for my leg ... My leg is very pain ... more sleep today ... As for this Saturday ... This is my plan : Funfair till 1++ Then later follow cell to go to church to have a cell group then after that ... will rush off to Go4 ... got something happening there so I wont be attenting the service ... followed by ... Dinner at 630 Pm ... in a marriage ... So cool ... Run about all over Singapore !! ok larh need to sleep early ... later tomorrow cannot run then can die leg ... hurts like **** !!
